Cycling in Gran Canaria 2017. A week of heat, sunshine, training and two great cycling challenges in December 2017. The best Canary Bike Tour. An experience very near to paradise that has name and surname. It is called La Cicloturista 2017, it is held in Mogán (Canary Island) from 2 to 10 December. Three stages to get to know the island, the optional challenges of La Titanica, the Cronoescalada al Pico de las Nieves and the novelty of this edition, a final stage to cross the island from coast to coast on December 9th and a solidary challenge on December 8th. CHALLENGES LA CICLOTURISTA GRAN CANARIA 2017

LA TITÁNICA. SUNDAY 3TH DECEMBER 

A real challenge only within reach of the most prepared. It will be 130 kilometres with a cumulative gradient of 3,100 metres. A stage that will allow us to go from sea level to the top of Gran Canaria. Ideal to test your fitness and get to know the spectacular unknown landscapes of the island.

The challenge of the Titanica will depart from Mogán to ascend to Alto de San Nicolás, descend to the village and climb an endless climb to Artenara. Then a slight descent to finish the ascent in the Llanos de la Paz at 1750 meters. Then a quick descent to Mogán.

It will be carried out at free speed and with refreshments. So you can try your legs. Do you accept the challenge? In 2014, 2015 and 2016 it was already the most celebrated stage of La Cicloturista.

TIME TRIAL PICO DE LAS NIEVES. WEDNESDAY 6TH DECEMBER

During La Cicloturista we will stay in the Luxury Apartments Cordial Mogán Valle. It is located on the beach of Mogán, only 200 meters from the beach and on the same starting and finishing line of La Titanica and all the stages of La Cicloturista. They’re part of the organization.
