II Cycling Camp Ciclored – Joseba Beloki 2017 (Spain. 23/26 february)

II Cycling Camp 2017 Ciclored Joseba Beloki, from 23 to 26 February at the Hotel Albir Playa, Alfaz del Pi (Alicante). This will be the second edition of our cycling camp. Four days and three nights of cycling with sun in a four star hotel, trainings, tests, meeting and routes led by Joseba Beloki, who will also accompany us on all routes in the mountains of Alicante?

II Cycling Camp Ciclored Joseba Beloki moves in 2017 to the Hotel Albir Playa (4 ****) of Benidorm (Alicante/Spain). New routes, new climbs and a perfect environment for cycling. This Hotel is the chosen by the Trek team of Alberto Contador during the last 6 years to prepare the season and the area by the all pro tour teams train in winter. In 2016 we climbed the port of Tudons with Mikel Landa (Team Sky), Igor Antón (Team Dimension Data) and Omar Fraile (Team Dimension Data).

Joseba Beloki will once again be the Technical Director of the Ciclored Campus. He will provide cyclists with all their technical expertise. It will also help us get in shape for the 2017 season. The former professional has climbed three times to the Tour de France podium behind Lance Amrstrong.

What are the activities of the Training Camp?
In the Campus Ciclored Joseba Beloki we will again mix the two parts of cycling. On the one hand the morning bike routes. In them you can know your physical form, train and enjoy the heat of the coast of Alicante. In the afternoon will be the turn for learning cycling with our specialists.

STAGES
The routes will be divided into groups depending on the level and physical form of each cyclist. All groups will have,
– Cycling guide
– Support vehicle
– Equipment
– Mechanic.
Novelty. In 2017 there will be Girl’s Group. The leader will be Ziortza Villa, ex professional and  champion of Spain of Long Distance.

In the II Campus Ciclored can participate any cyclist. There are options for cyclists who want to train hard and for cyclists who just want to roll in the Benidorm sun.

All stages of Camp Ciclored will start and end at the Hotel Albir Playa.

The stages will go through the mountains of Alicante. There will be three stages of 100 kilometers and a cumulative gap of more than 6,000 meters.

SPECIALISTS
Trainings and technique
Coach and sports director Daniel Azagra (Ciclistas A Tope) will perform training tests on several climbs.
It will also work on what better your technique on the bike and on the descents.

Mechanics. Test and bicycles
In Campus II Campus Ciclored Joseba Beloki. You can test your bikes with EPS electronic gear.

We will also be accompanied by the specialists of Biking  in tests of bicycles. They will teach us the latest bike market and explain the incorporation of disc brakes to road bikes.

Physiotherapy
The physiotherapist and former professional cyclist Ziortza Villa will explain the recommended stretches for cyclists and basic exercises to begin recovery and avoid injuries. She will also direct the group of girls from the Campus.

NEWS
In the II Camp Ciclored Joseba Beloki we incorporate two news.
– Bike Test. You can test the bicycles with EPS electronic changes of Campagnolo.
– Group of Girls. Ziortza Villa (Champion of Spain of Ultrafondo) will direct a group for girls with rhythms suitable for them.
