LA PURITO 2015. Sunday August 9th one of the best climbers in the international peloton, PURITO RODRIGUEZ, invites us to challenge with him to the mountains of Andorra. LA PURITO challenge, six mountain passes, ‘only’ 145 kilometers and 5,200 meters of altitude . Identical stage to that one month after Purito, Valverde and company will ride in LA VUELTA 2015. La Purito 2015 in its longer version, 145 kilometers, begins in Sant Julia de Loria and climb consecutively without rest the Col de Beixalís, Coll de Ordino, Coll de la Peguera, Coll de la Gallina, Alt de la Comella and Cortals d ‘Encamp, where the finish line is located. The route exceeds Marmotte, which has only 5,000 meters of altitude. You will have two timed climbs, chip, Purito’s jerseys, meals, drinks, shuttle clothes … and the privilege of riding with Purito Rodriguez.
La PURITO 2015 has also thought of those who are not as strong and offers two alternative routes. The medium version, 80km, 4 mountain passes and 3,500 meters of altitude and the short version of only 22 kilometers to climb to Cortals d ‘Encamp and 1,500 meters of altitude.
